We at Dhanisri strive to deliver the best quality wheat atta to our customers. However, due to the nature of food products, we follow a limited return policy.

Returns Are Accepted Only If:

You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video).


Non-Returnable Items:

Opened or used packages.

Products returned without original packaging or invoice.

Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery.


Return Process:

2. Provide order details and photographs of the product.

3. Our team will verify and confirm the return request.

4. Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup or request you to ship it back.
